Introduction
HS-3 magnetic particle flaw detector is a new type magnetic particle fault localization equipment designed and produced by our company independently after utilizing the advantages of its counterparts at home and abroad. Multiple magnetizations make the detector small in size and light in weight. Highly integrated circuit makes one device perform all the functions of several ones.

It can be fitted with three types of detecting head-A, D, O and E.
1) A-shaped detecting head
It is also named horseshoe detecting head or weld detecting head and features a movable inclined magnetic head. It has one working lamp and is especially applicable for partial AC or DC flaw detection of interior/exterior angles of irregular surfaces and work pieces. The pole distance is 10-160mm; hoisting capacity: AC≥4kg and DC≥18kg; weight: 2kg. This kind of detecting head is adopted by the Horseshoe Magnetic Yoke Tester or Angle Weld Tester. It features a wide scope of application with the movable detecting head.
2) D-shaped detecting head
It is also called electromagnetic yoke probe with various turning joints and great magnetization strength. It can be used for AC or DC flaw detection of plane and curved surface work pieces. Polar distance:25-230mm; hoisting capacity: AC≥4kg,DC≥18kg; weight:2kg.
3) O-shaped detecting head
It is also called ring detecting head with an internal diameter of 150mm and center field ≥180Oe.Weight:3kg. It is designed on the principle of forming a strong magnetic field by energizing a coil and is suitable for sectional fault detection or demagnetization of complicated work pieces including axles, bars, pipes and vanes.
4) E-shaped detecting head
It is also called cross magnetic yoke probe or rotating-field probe. Different from D-shaped and A-shaped detecting head, it can conduct omnibearing magnetization flaw detection at a time. The equipped working lamp ensures users to work with enough light; the equipped roller ensures easy operation and high working efficiency.
