4. Main features

1. adopts Panasonic servo motors and precision ball screw to load, easy operation, easy maintenance, low failure rate;

2 adopts my company's most advanced all-digital controller, with force control, deformation control, speed control and other control functions, high accuracy, force value is precision, no displacement of the zero drift;

3. adopts imported load force sensor, high accuracy, and take the heat- resistance and radiation resistant measures to ensure the long-term stability, high reliability. during working hours, load force sensor can ensure that the output value (real-time measure value) is consistent with the set value, when there is an error, that can identify and correct automatically.

4. Testing machine is with the manual uninstall purpose, to ensure lift load manually in time during a power outage to avoid sample pulled off

5 testing machine is equipped with UPS, to ensure that data archiving, restoring and retain test parameters, deformation measurement data in computer and temperature control system during a power outage ;
