1.Are you Manufacturer or trading company?

    Yes. And as a professional manufacturer, we have over 13 years manufacturing experience.
2. How about the Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ) and Minimum Order Amount(MOA)?

  For The First Aid Kits and empty box /bag , The MOQ is 1000 Sets. For Other Medical Items, The MOA Is USD3000.00 For Less Than 3 Items Per Order. 
3.Where is your main market?
   North America,South America,East european,Africa,Asia 
4.Do you provide OEM service?
   Yes, and we have professional team to make the designs of your logos.
5.What about your delivery time?
  Normally within 30 days, but it depends on your quantity and order time. Because we have slack season and busy season. 
6.Do you provide samples first?
   Yes, but only with small amount. If the sample with big amount, we will require payment first and return it if you place the order to us. 
7.What certificates you have?
   CE   ISO13485   FDA

8. What's the payment term?

  L/C at sight, or 30% deposit 70% T/T in one week after shipping on board.
