Solar energy is a renewable clean energy widely used in many industries, for its collection cost is low and payback is high. There are mainly three types of collector for medium and high temperature collector, and parabolic trough collector is widely applied in solar cooling, heat process and power generation because of its developed mass production workmanship and convenient installation.
Vicot automatic clean type parabolic trough collector is developed by Vicot Group, it consists of frame, solar thermal energy concentration & collection device, cleaning device, and automatic sun tracking device. The thermal energy concentration & collection device can efficiently absorb the solar energy and convert it into thermal energy all day long with the sun tracking control device, the solar collector conversion efficiency is up to 75%. The cleaning device will automatically clean the dust on the mirror and vacuum tube to ensure the stable conversion efficiency. The collector is widely used for solar boiler, solar cooling, solar heating etc., and can be installed on the roof or land.
Features:
1.No tube explosion, no tube freezing
(1) It’s parabolic trough collector, automatic sun tracking, when the solar thermal energy is too high, the collector will rotate itself to keep away from overheating, no tube explosion will happen.
(2) The heat transfer oil, will not be frozen under minus 25degree C, it can work in ambient down to minus 45degree C, no tube freezing.
2. Long life time:
The collector is made of tempered glass with special treatment and many protection devices to have self-protection in bad weather, such as typhoon of class 12, heavy snow and hailstone, the life time is more than 20years.
3. Zero emission
There is “no” CO2 emission during the solar boiler operation.

It's a mechanical connection sealing device between the solar collector and piping system for the heat transfer media, suitable for high temperature operation.

It will clean the mirror and vacuum tube automatcially with water spray system, with automatical charging function. Keep the user free from cleaning dust on the system.
