Vicot EVI low ambient temperature air sourced water chiller & heat pump
VMNL series low ambient temperature air sourced water chiller & heat pump is a newly developed product to solve heating in low ambient temperature condition, such as northern part of China and other territories in the world. This unit is designed and produced, as per the high standard of chiller industry, international famous compressor, blow out gas to increase enthalpy type, with high efficient heat exchanger and precise control.
This series product has the same advantages of other air cooled water chiller and pump, impact size, reasonable layout, convenient for maintenance.
Low ambient modular units use air as the cooling/heating source, it does not need cooling water system that required for water cooled unit, neither the complicated buried piping system for the ground source unit. It’s the most economic and simplest system for maintenance in today’s chiller & heat pump unit.
1. Green
Blow out gas to increase enthalpy, this technology changes the traditional heating method of boiler and electric heater, no requirement of fuel, gas, coal or LPG; No harmful gas emission, no potential accident of fire or explosion caused by boiler.
2. Modular, impact and flexible
Up to 16 units can be linked together, cooling capacity range can be extended to 1088kW from 68kW for flexible selection. The structure is impact, less land coverage, easy for transportation and handling. There are two cooling/heating circuits in one module.
3. Energy Saving
It will start/stop automatically according to operation condition, heating capacity will be improved by 15% compared with standard air source heat pump, COP will be improved by 20%.
4. Operation in low ambient temperature
Our VMNL series unit can be operated in heating in ambient temperature down to -20 ℃ . The heating capacity reduction will be 15% less comparing the normal air sourced heat pump.
5. Leading EVI Technology
Adopts international leading EVI (Enhanced Vapour Injection)high efficient compressor, increase 20% refrigerant, increase evaporation capacity via suction of middle pressure refrigerant, one compressor has two times of compression); The capacity is dramatically improved for cooling in high ambient temperature and heating in low ambient temperature.
6. Scientific defrost
Adopts VICOT unique microcomputer fuzzy defrost technology, many type of territories parameter design, it will automatically compare the defrost capacity reduction and defrost consumption, regulate defrost interval period and defrost time according to different temperature and humidity, to minimize the defrost time and consumption.
7. Cloud service
In travelling? Timing switch on/off the unit? Daily maintenance? The user can access to control the unit via main network data center, the service center technician will set the machine to run in best condition as per climate change, and check the operation record. Unit management access trouble is solved.
