For samples, it is 100% payment before shipment.

For mass production, it is 30% down payment+70% balance payment before delivery.

As long as there is stock available, Dongzhoujun usually ship items within 3 working days for samples and within 2 weeks for formal orders once receiving the confirmation of a new order.

3. What does your warranty cover?

Dongzhoujun’s products are supported by a 1-year's limited warranty against manufacturing defects (material or workmanship). Missing/lost or worn-out parts are not covered under our warranty.

4. Who will pay the freight for repairing items?

Both parties will share half of the freight: the buyer will pay the freight of sending it back to us, while we will cover the cost of sending it back to the buyer, and we suggest sending it back with your next order.
