Model was packed in ATA case and ready for ship by air

Every custom made model is built from detail GA drawing, 3D photos,... from the owner which are usually strictly followed by confidential agreement and will be scale in Rhinoceros by our Architectures . Hull Frame are cut by CNC/Laser machine , model are made by fiber glass & from selection of hard wood like teak (for flooring, furniture,..), walnut, mahogany (for furniture), Hardware are made from Chrome brass...and every model look like the real one. Each model is dispayed in acrylic case and usually required to packed in ATA flight case.

How is the yacht shipped?

Customs made yacht can be delivered under customer's express account with their authorization letter or we can sell DDU terms.
For quantity order, yacht/ship will be shipped by sea in LCL or FCL

Manufacturer's Problems/Guaranty Policy.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us of any damages or defectiveness within five (5) days of shipment arrival to get a return approval; then return that item and we can replace it with a brand new one. If that same style is not available, customers have the option to pick a replacement.

• How are the yacht/ships packed?

Each yacht/ship is individual packed in one ATA flight case. Some items are packed with a wooden frame inside,, carton outside for saving packing cost.
For ships and yachts with simple details, the masts are laid down for shipping purpose. All riggings come with the masts. It usually takes about 15 minutes to reassemble the item without any tools needed.

Delivery time?

It is take about 45-90 days to complete custom made model from the date of order confirmation

• Dimensions Measurement?

International system is used, it is centimeter (1cm=0.39"). Every item will have LxWxH measurements and box mearurements.

Materials?

High quality woods like teak (for flooring & furniture), mahogany (for furniture, mast), rose wood , ebony, black wood (for hull) …brass, mix metal (for canon, anchors, sculpture,...) and some time Poly, composite (for sculpture, hull),...Linen (for sail, rigging),...epoxy, super glue, ..
