Q1.What is your production leadtime?

Usually within 30 -60 days, but could be longer or shorter than that depending on the specific order requirements.

Our quality control steps include:

     (1) confirm everything with our client before moving to sourcing and production;

     (2) check all the materials to ensure they are correct;

     (3) employ experienced workers and give them proper training;

     (4) inspection throughout the whole production process;

     (5) 100% final inspection before loading.

Q3.What is your MOQ?

 It depends on each product.In general, our minimum order quantity is 800. 

Q4.What is your payment term?

Our usual payment term is 30% deposit, and the balance against the copy of B/L. For small           orders we require100% advance payment in order to avoid the second bank charge on both parties.

Q5.Can you help have a custom logo printed on the product?

Yes, we can. We could do screen printing, heat transfer printing or embroidery on your products.
