 Production Process:

1.silk printed toughened glass is an opaque or translucent glass, patterned with color ceramic enamel.

2.The pattern is applied using a textile screen .     

3.The enamels used do not contain any dangerous metals  such as lead, cadmium, mercury or chromium VI.

4.The enamel is fired at a very high temperature (520~600°C), so that it fuses to the surface of the glass, giving it exceptional durability.

Do you know?

*Silkscreen glass can not be recued, must confirm size and shape when ordering.

*It takes more time to produce silkscreen glass when speial color or silkscreen must be reprepared.

*When silkscreen glass is used for façade or window, the printed side faces inward.

*The printing method is one-side printing.
