Working process:

1.  Upon receipt of the machine, open the packaging, adding HTF (Heat Transfer Fluid)

2.  Put paraffin wax into molten paraffin wax pot

3.  Plug the power; regulate the temperature to melting paraffin wax

4.  After finish melt, open wax pump switch.

5.  Hold wax pistol/gun and Adjust the switch on switch box to guide wax liquid out.

In the case of 60kg and 200kg capacity, we can find below information:

 

1.      Guiding wax speed: About 20kg/Min

 

2.      Time for melting wax:

Capacity:60kg—first time use need about 1hour to melting all 60kg paraffin wax.

        And after using is 30-40mins to melting 60kg one time.

 

Capacity: 200kg—first time use need about 2housr to melting all 200kg paraffin wax.

        And after using is 1.5hours to melting 60kg one time.
