FROM ORDER TO USAGE
We offer high quality interior and exterior sills. For an approximate quote please let us know the width and height of your windows and the estimated width of the sills. These are not the dimensions according to which we would start producing – for that, the measures must be taken from the installer, usually somebody who specialises in interior or exterior roughcasts, and who will be installing your final sills.
COLOUR CHOICE         
There is a fine choice of different colours of marble and granite on our website but we kindly advise you to come to our headquarters to see the materials live before you place orders, as the colours might vary slightly in the pictures on screens.
SHAPE
Usually the window shelves will have the classically sanded edges (skimmed at 45°) but we can also make them with rounded edges (see EDGE SHAPES) that will give your sills a nice, more sophisticated appearance.

1) Q: Where is your company?

A: Our headquarters is located in Shenzhen city, Guangdong Province (Zip: 518108), which is around 45 minutes by car from airport.

2) Q: What’s the port of loading?

 A: Normally Shenzhen, the biggest seaport in South China with convenient global logistics solution. We also export through Guangzhou, Xiamen.

3) Q: How is your packing?

 A: Normally we pack our stone with fumigated wooden boxes (foam and plastic film inside) with plastic tapes in 6 sides, further strengthened with iron sheet in the corner. Individual carton packing or customized packing is available.

4) Q: What about shipping mark?

A: We can provide neutral shipping mark, or customer trade mark / OEM trade mark are available.

5) Q: What’s your sample policy and sample lead time?

A: Small samples are free. Even the courier fee will be refunded after you place the order. The lead time for small sample is 1 – 3 days.

6) Q: What’s your MOQ?

A: Under FOB, our MOQ is one 20’ GP with no more than 4 products;

B: Under EXW, our MOQ is 50 square meters with our common stocks.

7) Q: How do I know the quality of the products?

A: We’ll send you the order update and product pictures for you to see for yourself. QC inspection by yourself / your friend / 3^rd QC agent is accepted. And our QC standard is international AQL2.5/4.0 ITS standard.

8) Q: What’s your payment term?

A: 30% deposit by TT, balance against copy of B/L.

9) Q: What’s your production lead time?

A: The normal lead time is around 3 weeks for one 20’ GP. Faster lead time is available upon confirmation.
