II.       Composed Devices

1.Hydraulic coil car 

The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel rolls to the uncoiler.

It is set one φ200 oil cylinder and driven vertically and levelly by hydraulic pressure with four guide pillars.

2.Hydraulic double head expandable de-coiler 

It supports steel rolls and holds materials.

3.Guide and pinch device and shovel plate and leveling 

Two hydraulic oil cylinders control deconvolution rubber-covered roll up and down.

Motor 22Kw with reduction box drives steel coils to turn.

4.Hydraulic cutting machine

 Adopt double stand column structures, a pressure loading device, can cut 6mm X2000 steel plates. the components used for material shear, strip head cut host. Easy access to points 

5.Guide device  

  It uses rollers on the both sides to direct strips into straightening device.

6.Slitting Machine 

Power part: This is composed of powerstand, decelerator, AC motor, gear distributing case, coupler, connecting shaft etc.

Host machine: This is composed of bottomstand, fixed engine base, big slide block, movable engine base, slider, engine base adjustment device (fore-andaft), knife pivot lifting and pressing down adjustment device, accompany of blade, spacer bush, rubber ring.

7. Scrap winder 

  This is composed of frame, waste selvage axle, waste selvage tray, friction wheel, accompany of sprocket wheel, chain, decelerator and motor.

 8.Roller table 

 3.5M. composed of rack and roller bed.

9.Hydraulic damping pre-dividing and press device 

  This is composed of frame, preliminary dividing axle, engine base, pressing axle, hydraulic damping device, lifting and pressing device for pressing axle, pressing frame, dividing axe, accompany of dividing slice, spacer bush, etc. 

10.Recoiler

 This is composed of frame, big bearing block, recoiling axle, recoiling expansion device, expansion recoiling plate, movable supporting arm, accompany of decelerator, 160KW direct-current speed adjustable motor and direct-current electronic cabinet, etc.

11.Hydraulic unload car (15T)
