SA-5AF  Auto Gear Type PU Foam Block Film Making Equipment

- The SA-5AF Peeling Machine is designed to cut flexible and cylindrical materials into long foam sheets, and wind up into a roll automatically for the next working process.

- Suitable for cutting Rebonded Foam materials (density 120kgs/m³) and its cutting thickness is set by gear control.

- Has precise ball screw rod for rising & descending, a large knife driven wheel, a thick & precise blade guide that matches the knife auto feeding unit.

- Auto feeding unit pushes the knife automatically forward when blade is wearing out to fix the knife edge at the same position.

- Two sets of grinding stone units grind the knife to keep it sharp. Grinding stones are specially designed: as the knife stops cutting, the grinding stones retract automatically to protect the knife edge from wearing out.

- The auto winding unit can auto synchronize with the cutting speed, and is also equipped with a Torque changing unit that is able to verify the winding tension for the different materials.
