The contour shape part will be programmed by using special design cad software, which can compose a variety of line sections such as straight line, arc, circular etc. Into individual cutting figure.

After a single shape figure is input, the operator can use the special functions of the software like reflecting, turning, shifting to duplicate the original single figure on the monitor screen by nesting to reduce the foam cutting waste to the minimum.

All nesting parts copy either horizontal or vertical can be shown on monitor screen.  The operator can test run the cutting routine on the monitor (any shape parts, line section, location of x, y axis, cutting speed and total length etc. All can be checked).

To make sure whether the plotting is all the same to the original design, the programmed data can be saved on floppy disk or hard disk, the operation steps are executed by mouse or keyboard.

Supposed the user only receive drawing in paper card without dimensions, simply by purchase one big type high resolution digitizer with the machine, the user can fix the paper card on the digitizer table , using cursor or stylus pen to transmit every key points of the line sections on the monitor, then using the plotting function of cad to join all the key points to foam the cutting figure.  Again by cad’s other functions to compose the cutting routine to cut one full block and by cnc controller to convert and cnc program to execute the cutting.
