2. There are two explosion proof holes on the roof and one cleaning passage on the side of every chamber

3. Total 180PCS of direct fired burners installed in the chamber( 12pcs for pre-heat included), every burner equipped with manual and automatic ignition, and the flame is adjustable by valves knob

4. Quarter of burners are ribbon burner can be set for the flame for biscuits coloring

5. Gas supply pipe: copper pipe, air supply pipe: flexible hose

6. The whole oven divide into 4 independent chamber, there is checking window mounted on every chamber

7.Control system: PLC logic with touch panel, fire alarm works while over or low pressure, or burners went out suddenly

8. exhaust damper motor:2.2KW

9. Gas consumption 25-40kgs

10. Inner plate: steel:2mm
