ELECTRIC ACTUATOR FEATURES:
1. The electric actuator is manufactured with introduced technology of new generation.
The SD, SH products are manufactured with the new generation technology introduced from France, and assembled in China with the key component imported from abroad. The performance-price ratio is advantageous over the product completely manufactured overseas. These series products are compact in size, light in weight, with complete functions, and can receive directly various DCS system signals from the main control room, realizing switchover among three statuses. i.e. remote automatic/remote manual/local, to meet the demand of various
operation conditions.
2. Integrated product with high accuracy
Our electric actuator output displacement accurately positioned, the integrated proportional actuator combines functions if position transmitter and amplifier, realizing a real integration, and receive signal 4-20mA out put signal 4-20mA.
3. Bidirectional over torque protection function
When the valve is operating in normal status, in case the motor is blocked due to accident or blockage of the valve, the power of the system will be automatically cut off. Consequently causing stop of the electric motor, thus preventing the main machine from damage, simultaneously generating fault warning signal to prompt the operators.
