This solar wall exhaust fan can be installed anywhere of a building.
We herein just present 2 major mounting methods:1)Gable Wall application, 2) Basement application
and describe in 3 parts:
Part I: Fixing the Fan Host
1. No matter where to use this fan, just fix it into the wall, with our provided screws.
1)Of course, it's necessary to open a hole at diameter of 12 inch / 14 inch before you start installing the fan!
2)If you do not want to open a new hole on wall, but make use of the old static openers, you can build a wooden frame according to real needs and fix the fan into that frame instead.
3) Fan blades' orientation should be relatively outward the house.
2. The fan's mounting brackets on sliding rails are flexible.
Loosen screws to set the needed position of brackets first, then fix them with 8 bolts.
Part II: Mounting the Solar Panel
You can put the solar panel directly on building roof, or mount it onto the wall. No matter in which way, simply fix it tight with our provided bolts & nuts.
Part III: Connecting Solar Panel to the Fan Host
When fan & solar panel are both finished, the rest job is to connect their wires!
1)Of course, you need to take care of the wiring appropriately with coaxial staples.
2)To prevent water running down the wire into the house, please include a drip curve when securing the wire to the wall!
