Technology:

Pre-dispersed ZnO-80 is a special pre-dispersed Zinc Oxide that apply to rubber industry. Its combined elastomer will prevent moisture absorption in storing.Because of pre-dispersed more evenly, the rubber contains ZnO-80 makes product more smooth compare to extrusion rubber made by powder Zinc Oxide.Generally, the tensile and stretch of the pre-dispersed ZnO-80 contained vulcanized rubber will be prompted, and elongation at break improved meanwhile.

 

 

Process:

 Normally, powder ZnO hardly disperse evenly under processing  temperature,which cause vulcanization activity declined as well as rubber' static mechanical  properties and dynamic fatigue.However,pre-dispersed ZnO-80 ,because of selection and control of grain diameter,and making pre-dispersed by using its carrier of EPR(ethylene propylene rubber)and dispersed Surfactants, can keep the best activity of components and dispersed evenly when doing the feeding process during mixing.
