The advanced nature of LED lights is determined by its cooling technology. Good heat dissipation structure will reduce the temperature of the LED chip and improve the conversion efficiency of light, to reduce light decay rate and extend the chip’s service life.

1.Cooling technology:

Firstly:KAICH  adopts an up-down through-hole heat dissipation structure, which is conducive to the flow of hot and cold air and allows the heat sink better.

Secondly, it adopts Hexagonal honeycomb through-hole structure, which is more conducive to diffuse the heat out of the center of the LED chip, so that the light shell’s cooling effect is better.

Contrast: Traditional LED lights use the heat-sink structure, which is not conducive to the rapid flow of hot and cold air, so that the cooling effect is poor.

2.Materials:

Cree/ Brigdelux chips, Meanwell drivers,die-casting aluminum lamp body.... Every detail is top-ranking.

3.Power supply:

Both electric supply and solor electric supply are available. About the design of power supply box,we have two types. You can choose either of lamp according to your condition.

4.independent patent lens,C92/X92:

With the use of high transmittance and high uniformity lens, the whole light's illumintaion unifomity and light intensity increases significantly.

5.integrated light source:

it adopts the integrated light source as the whole lamp light source, which greatly improves the efficiency of the whole lamp assembly and reduces the damage rate.
