1) How do Air Purifiers Work?

Purifiers work by removing air, smoke, dust, particles and more from the air. Our UV Air Purifiers feature 3-in-1 technology to sanitize and kill 99.97% of germs and bacteria.

2) What kinds of filter do you offer?

Generally, True HEPA filter is the standard configuration. But, HEPA type filter, Ultra HEPA filter are also

available from us. Disposable or Cleanable ones are optional.

3) Will UV light do harm to human being?

The length of our UV irradiation is 245nm which will not be harmfull to human being. In addition to that, we

used a shield to prevent the UV leakage. And, the shield is coated by Tio2 which works with UV lamp to

effectively removes peculiar odors.

4) How many spare parts do you offer?

We offer 1% free core spare parts, including gift boxes to our clients incase of some defective parts come up.
