• It adopts conic double screw extruder for high extrusion pressure and god effect of plasticizing;
• It adopts double chamber vacuum calibrating and spray cooling.with functions of water temperature automatic control and automatic water supply and discharge ;
• The pulling machine adopts imported frequency regulator and three or four caterpillar clamping for large pulling force and the no-deformation of pipe;
• It adopts planetary cutting machine with the forced dust suction function;
• It adopts planetary the imported new generation PLC programmable computer control system for high-speed synchronous and stable running;
• Equipped with different die heads and auxiliary machines ,it can produce U-PVC pipes for single or core foaming,inner spiral foaming,hollow or hollow inner spiral.
