PEX pipes are made of HDPE and cross linking accessories. According to the difference of techniques, it has four types, PEXa, PEXb, PEXc and PEXd.  KAIDE factory are professional for PEXa and PEXb pipe production lines. Main Features of PEXb Pipe Production Line:

1) Special structured cross-linking reaction type screw, to realize the stability and good plasticizing quality of high speed extrusion.

2) Pressure-storage reaction type die head has overcome the stree orientation of polymer molecular chaine during pipe formatting, realizing the constant pressure extrusion of the pipe.

3) Special designed multi-sheet water bath type calibrator, to realize the even and effective calibrating and cooling effect.

4) Multi-layer group roller type haul-off machine, with high & stable pulling speed.

5) SIEMENS PLC touch screen control system, easy to operate.
