Flexible PEX shower hose /plumbing hose production line/Shower hose/plumbing hose making machine

This line is specially design for soft braided shower hose, or other flexible plumbing hose for bathroom and wash basin hose application.

The raw material is PEXb or XLPE, which is high temperature resistance with longer about 50 years service life, free of bad smell, clean for water, friend to environment etc; better then now PVC or EPDM.

This plastic pipe production line is only used to produce that inner flexible hose; to make final flexible plumbing hose, another separate braiding machine is required.
