Overlap Welding PEX-AL-PEX/PERT-AL-PERT/PPR-AL-PPR Pipe Extrusion Machine

This plastic pipe extrusion line is used to manufacture PEX-AL-PEX, PERT-AL-PERT, PPR-AL-PPR, PE-ALPE pipes. 

This kind of composite pipes have some good characteristics, such as no deformation under high temperature and pressure in long time; excellent oxygen resistance, high mechanical properties, sanitary, corrosion resistance, long termal conductivity, long life span etc. It's suitable for building systems in hot and cold water, floor heating ystem and air conditioning system.

Inner Layer Co-extrusion Die Heat

Material: 40Cr

Features: manufactured by CNC machinery, with high precision, to ensure the each layer thickness and also to let inner plastic layer and AL pipe stick firmly;

The inner layer die head design is the mainly point of the roundness of finished pipe.

Outer layer Co-extrusion Die Head

Material: 40Cr
Features:  Manuctured by CNC machine; each layer thickness can be easily adjusted.

Aluminum Pipe Forming Device

Material: High quality stainless steel
Features: having high precision degree to make perfect roundness of Al pipe, ensuring the roundness of final pipes; manufactured by CNC machine with high quality control level.
