1) Process flow for HDPE pipe making machine

Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color code extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul off machine → cutting machine → discharging rack

2) HDPE Pipe Machine Application

PE series plastic pipe production line is mainly used for producing pipe of water supply and drainage in the field of agriculture and construction. This machine consists mainly of vacuum calibration tank, haul-off unit, cutting unit, stacker etc. the single screw extruder and haul-off unit apply famous A/C frequency conversion speed regulation device, both vacuum pump and driving motor apply famous brand, The haul-off unit includes two-claw type, three-claw type, four-claw type, six-claw type, eight-claw type, ten-claw type, twelve-claw type etc. Dust free cutting machine, saw blade cutting machine or planetary cutting machine can be applied, the property of machine group is reliable. The production efficiency is high with special device, it can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe, and core layer foam pipe. It can also produce PP,PE,ABS,PPR,PEX,silicon core pipe etc. The planetary cutting machine is controlled automatically with computer, it has such advantages of simple operation, Reliable performance etc. It has reached international advanced level.

3) HDPE Pipe Making Machine Features

• (1)Extruder: Adpots Sepcial Designed High efficient FIVE-Section Screw and Barrel, which are our company independent design with completely intellectual property rights.
• (2)Die Head: Adopts special spiral structure, ensuring the stablity of high speed extrusion and pipe quality.
• (3)Gravimeter System:  Adopts high precise control system of pipe weight per meter is applied in this line. Which used for measuring & calculating and precise control of pipe weight per meter and its output, to realize the constancy of pipe weight and line running according to set parameters. The application of this system can shorten the start-up time and improve the produced pipe quality, and save raw materials.
• (4)PLC Control System: Adopts new generation imported PLC programmable computer control system, which could ensure the whole line high-speed synchronous control and its stable & reliable running.
