A:We are factory. Our price is not the cheapest in this industry, we only quote reasonable and factory price based on the quality clients' required.

A:We get three QC processes: 1.For raw materials. 2.During the half of production 3.Final QC. So almost all our clients purchase again and again.

3.Q:What about your delivery time and packing?

A: Normal product we could deilvery in 25days-30days. Products will be packed in foam first and then in standrad export carton.

A: Of course we do, acctually, we could do all the steel products you need. We have our own R&D department, a group of workers only do sample project for our clients.

8.Q:Can you tell me your warranty and defects replacement process?

Warranty of all Tian Jin Gang products are 3 years, it can be extended as per customers' quality specification .About replacements, each container we ship out will have some FOC accessories just in case.For vital quality issues, Tian Jin Gang remake the units or components to ship along with the next order or refund.
