people begin to pay attention to shisha or hookah charcoal machine.

Shisha charcoal machine is applied to punch or press or squeeze fine mixed charcoal powder whose

humidity is around 15% into various shapes and dimension shisha charcoal briquettes.

 Part Three: The whole shisha charcoal machine production line 

First, you should turn your raw material into charcoal. Here is the process:

 There are two ways to make your raw material into charcoal: One is using carbonization furnace to

carbonize your raw material(norally is for high density raw material.) into charcoal; The other is using

carbonization pool to carbonize your raw materia(both high-density and low-density raw material) into

charcoal.

Second, after you getting charcoal already, you need the following machines to make charcoal

into shisha charcoal briquettes:

1) Charcoal crusher: You need to crush charcoal into fine charcoal powder.

2) Liquid mixer: You need liquid mixer to make natural binder for charcoal powder.

3) Wheel mixer: You need whell mixer to mix charcoal powder and natural binder evenly.

4) Shisha charcoal machine: You need shisha charcoal machine to press mixer charcoal powder into

shisha charcoal briquettes.

5) Box dryer: You need box dryer to dry up hookah charcoal tablet before them being packaged.

Part Four: Comparision of mechanical and hydraulic shisha charcoal machine

 Hydraulic shisha charcoal machine is our factory's new design and new made machine in 2012. It 

consists of a hydraulic cylinder to provide extra pressure for shisha charcoal machine, an electricity 

(also named as PLC) board to make hydraulic shisha charcoal machine can work automaticlly. 

Compared with mechanical type, our hydraulic one has much more advantages.

1) Much larger pressure than mechanical type.

2) Totally automatic.

3) Larger production capacity.

4) Make different sizes hookah charcoal tablets without changing molds.

5) Various pressures can be setted by the hydraulic cylinder according to your demands.
