Working principle of wood crusher :

The main crushing chamber adopts 7-type blade,1-type blade,Centrifugal blade.After the raw materials

putted into the machine body,In the crushing process of the three blades ,Motor power drives the main

rotor run at high speed ,this makes the machine form high-speed airflow,high airflow produce highstrength

impact force,compressive force,grinding force, friction.After being crushed by these forces, raw material

enter into analyzer under the influence of strong airflow. Due to the effect of centrifugal force made by

analyzer's rotor and centripetal force made by airflow, fine stuff enters into fine powder collector,and

rough stuff return to crushing body again.

Installation and adjustment of wood crusher:

1.After connected the power supply you should see if the machine runs in reversed direction.

2.Knife edge extended cutter plane 2 - 4mm, and then tighten the bolts.

3.If the pressure bolt thread wear, should be replaced immediately.

4.To change the extension of the blade, it must be the same.

5.By adjusting the length of the knife, the particles can not reach the ideal,you may change different sizes

of the screen.forbidden putting the stone, the nail of the wood into the machine,in order to protect the knife

and internal parts.

6.Check the hammer pieces bolt,if it is loose,tight rightly.Hammer and bolt wear serious, should be replaced .
