Brief introduction of nut shell carbonization stove:

 

Our nut shell carbonization stove made by thick steel appearance, refractory bricks, airflow pipe, the whole

nut shell carbonization stove can be 800-1000 certigrade.  According to your different raw material, our plant

can provide you two different kinds nut shell carbonization stoves: 1) If your raw material is sawdust, leaves, 

small diameter tree branches whose diameter less than 10mm, dry grass, straw, thin shell, peanut shell, corn

shell, etc. and you want to make charcoal in a short time. I will advice you airflow type nut shell carbonization

stove; 2) If your raw material is bamboo, coconut shell, palm shell, bigger diameter tree branches, palm silk,

wood briquette, biomass briuqette from biomass wastes, brown coal, etc. high density raw material, I will

advice you natural nut shell carbonization stove.

 

According to your nut shell's humidity, diameter, production capacity. Our nut shell carbonization stove can

nut shell into charcoal between 6-18hours.

 

 

Working principle of nut shell carbonization stove:

 

 

1) Drying stage: First, we should set fire on nut shell, wood briquette, tree branches, wood briquettes,

bamboo, hardwood, etc.(which we have laid in the nut shell carbonization furnace) through four holes 

which locate furnace's bottom. Then close the holes. And close the upper holes till the thermometer 

(which loactes on the surface of the furnace) reaches 100°C. At  this stage, the temperature in the

 furnace will reach about 100-160°C, and all the water content will be evaporated.(nut shell carbonization

furnace)

 

2) Initial phase of carbonization: At this stage, the temperature in the furnace will reach 600-700°C,

bamboo, tree branches, hardwood, palm shell, coconut shell, etc. will be decomposed into carbon 

dioxide, carbon monoxide, etc.(nut shell carbonization stove)

 

3) Carbonization stage: At this stage, the temperature will reach 800-1000°C, nut shell, wood briquette,

hardwood, wood briquettes, palm shell, etc. will be decomposed rapidly and finally carbonized into 

charcoal.

 

4) Carbonization time: 3-6 hours (Carbonize nut shell in furnace about 3-4 hours,then cool them about 3

 hours in wood briquette carbonization stove)
