Double shaft mixer: it is used to mix water and powder materials, which increase the comprehensive quality of raw materials, greatly improve the appearance quality and forming ratio.

 

Strip cutting and blank cutting machine: this machine is mainly used for cutting mud which is squeezed from main machine into qualified bricks. The cutter is new vertical strip cutting and blank cutting system, designed and developed by our factory which adopts advanced automatic PLC control, combing with photoelectric, close positioning, pneumatic and electric servo systems and etc. It has advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, simple maintenance and so on.
