Used for powder coating of all kinds of hot melt glue (HDPE, LDPE, PA, PES, EVA, EVAL), producing all kinds of weaving, the glue line of non-woven garments, and supplementary seals of shoes.
Features:
1) Consists of cloth-feeding tensility frame, initiative grinder wrap-up, breadth-opening subtense, powder gear head, network drying chamber, cooling and letup, operation device, compressor, and suction device.
2) Large producing capacity because of adopting breadth-opening cloth-feeding
structure.
3) The heating roll uses the set-in electric heating roll, which ensures the temperature
difference within ±3°C.
4) Powder hopper and blade line use recycled cooling water.
5) The network feeding drying chamber makes the products feel even softer.
6) Stable winding setting makes the operation much easier to operate.
7) The temperature displaying is automatically controlled by intelligent meter.
8) The main drive gears adopt electric decelerator machines to control the speed by frequency conversion.
