PET plastic bottle/flakes washing/recycling line/machine

This plastic bottle recycling machine is designed and manufactured by Evergrand Machinery , which is widely used for waste plastic PET material, such as water bottles, pet sheet, pet containers, etc. The waste dirty material go through crushing, washing, drying process will turn to be clean flakes for reuse.

Process flow:

Belt conveyer →Label remover →Manual selection table with metal separator → Belt conveyer → Crusher  → Floating washing machine→ High-speed friction washing machine→Hot pot washer →High-speed friction washing machine →Floating washing machine → Dewatering machine → Blower dryness system → Storage hopper → Finished product packing

Application:

1.PET Bottle Flakes Recycling Washing Machine is highly automatic, and it is used for PET bottle crushing, washing, dryer and palletize.
2.For PET palletizing, after being washed, dewatered and dried, the water content will be very low; PP/PE film after being washed can be directly granulated, the gained granules are even and smooth with shiny surface.
