With it your printer can print images on textile directly just as belt type textile printer.
This solution can solve the banding problem in the direct fabric printing process since normal large format printer is designned for printing on paper. It combined electrical control system with lever system to keep the printing fabric always in balanced tension states. And ink contamination to fabric is avoided by specially designed height adjustable fabric guide roller and waste ink collecting groove. This product is in compact designed, easy operational and efficient. It can truly realize the mass production in fabric digital printing industry to replace the belt type textile printer.
Up till now, we have been provide the direct fabric printing solution to many famous LFP brands such as Mimaki, Mutoh, Roland, Epson. 1. There is no modification on the basic structure of the original printer by this solution so that image printing quality remains the same as the original printer.
2. With Tension structures be installed at both sides, the printing material be kept flat. And because of the same tension forces be given at the front side and back side, the pinch roller of the original printer always feeds printing media under same force. Therefore, the structure improved the printing accuracy of the original printer.
3. Back side level bar be designed to keep fabric feeding flat by pinch roller.
4. Gutter be designed to collect waste inks because of some hole designed fabric.
5. Front fabric guiding roller and inner drying device is designed to pre-dry the printed fabric so that any contaminating problem is avoided.
6. An Infrared Dryer and room temperatured wind dryer be installed in front of the media so that Textile Printing Ink will be dried throughly before be collected by Automatic Take Up Roller.
7. Through the above mentioned design, a normal paper printing designed printer be changed to Fabric Direct printing textile printer. This solution has been examined by real production for half a year up till the June of 2013.
