1)    How to get the exact price?

Please provide the artwork(PDF/AI) ,sample or following information:material,size,color,post processing,package,quantity,FOB/CIF,payment term.The quotation would be sent prompt.

2)    How about the sample fee?

The stock samples are free but freight collected.The fee of new sample is according to your design and will be refunded as the bulk reaches certain quantity.

3)    How to pay my order?

Deposit 50% before production,the balance paid before shipment.L/C or D/P at sight are accepted.

4)    How long will it take to get the production?Where from?

Usually sample 5-7 workdays,bulk 7-10 days due to the craft and quantity.Sent from Shanghai port China.

5)    How to protect the copyright?

The designs or artwork will be stored secretly for 3 years before destroyed.Mutual non-disclosure agreement would be signed if necessary.
