3. About the quality and craft:

Commonly, we will remove the oil and rust by high temperature, shot blasting, then spray zinc rich powder and outdoor powder coating by electrostatic spraying, so that its anti-corrosion performance becomes more stronger and not easy to rust and fade. The uselife will be longer, commonly it can be used more than 5 years at least.  

c. Zinc rich powder and outdoor polyester powder are supplied by the world top 500 enterprises --- Akzo Nobel or Dupont company. Their powder colors are not easy to fall off and fade. It is environmental and have no pungent smell. 

4. About Hot-dip galvanizing  

Hot dip-galvanizing, as a effective metal anti-corrosion method, it has been widely used in various industries of metal structure on facilities. Hot-dip galvanizing is to put the products into at least 500 °C melting zinc liquid, making the surface adhering with zinc layer. The thickness of zinc layer is less than 65 μ m for sheet less than 5mm and thick plate no less than 86 μ m.
