Directions:

 

For shower: wet your body, take suitable amount of product and apply over the body, use both hands to apply a gentle massage or use a towel to scrub your body focusing on the part where fat accumulated; adjust the force of body and sole will produce better effect, then use clean water to rinse off.

For bath: wet your body, apply a massage and then take bath; the product can also be used in sauna, foot bath and hand washing.
