The company, Kah Ban Trading was founded by Mr. Seow Kah Ban and was registered in the year 1995. Then in 2001 Kah Ban Trading Sdn Bhdwas incorpated and took over the business operation.

Officially started the business opertion in year 1996 with three staff and operated in the Double Storey House as office and warehouse.

In the same year (1996), company was appointed as Jobbber by the following principals:
a) Summit Company Sdn Bhd
b) Wyeth (M) Sdn Bhd
c) Abbott Laboratories (M) Sdn Bhd

In the Year 1996, the company was appointed as wholesaler, by Sejahtera United Sdn Bhd to distribute Show Brand Milk Powder and other products.

Order Processing

Upon checking and verification of the sales managers on the account of the customer,purchasing order then will passes down to processing clerk to be processed. Finally the invoice will be processed upon completion, documents will passed to warehouse for packaging and delivery.

Warehousing

• All invoice order will packed and delivered out from the warehouse between 3 working days.
• All urgent/special order will be delivered to customer on between 1 working day upon receiving of processing invoice.
• All stock return will strictly follow as per principal guideline.
• Warehouse will check and verify any good stocks which are returned by customers before put back to store.
• Warehouse will also check all return expiry stock and put at separate place to be verify by principals before returning to respective principals.
• Our warehouse offer professional storage facilities for all kind of goods.
• Regular consultations with our principals on the sales development, stocks status goods to be re-order.
• In case of product recall all personnel will follow as company product recall procedures.
