STRUCTURE:

Use the fashionable brand-new FRP sheets as the inside and outside cover of the vehicle body including the roof, front panel, side panels and the door. Good and smooth surface can resist corrosion, impact, abrasion, and easy to clean. Add reinforced plywood in the core of the panel, combined by high strength adhesive, screws and framework, so as to make the combination more stable, higher strength.

The bottom-board is welded by bottom-board framework and mild steel checkered plate, so its firm, functional and abrasion resistant.

The panel for truck body is protected by a layer of jelcoat which has a good capacity to keep panel stable during the caustic environment. Due to this jelcoat the panel become more lucent, anti-turn color, rust free, UV-resistant,aning resistant and very suitable to be used for advertising truck panel.
