The use of a hydraulic divider allows the division of the dough in equal dough pieces. This machine replaces the manual division, in order to gain time and precision.
Omega's HDD series dough dividers are equipped with stainless steel cutting knives and alimentary nylon moulds to avoid excess discarding of dough. Units shall be mounted on two locking swivel casters and two non-locking swivel casters.
