1,Application
WFJ Super Fine Grinder consists of three parts: main machine, auxiliary machine and control system. The features are compact in design and reasonable in structure. The principle is use air to choose material, no sieve or screen. Being installed grading mechanism inside, the crushing and grading can be finished at the same time. We use negative pressure conveying, in this way, heat generated inside the main body can be exhausted continuously. Therefore, it is also suitable for heat sensitive materials. The application of this grinder is wide, productive process is continuous and the grinding meshes of materials can be adjusted. It can crush and grind many materials such as chemicals, cosmetic, dyestuff, medicines, resin, hard shells and so on.
2,Working Principle
Material is conveyed to grinding chamber by spiral conveyor, crushed by high speed rotating blades. High pressure air will bring materials to cyclone separator and bag filter. Product and dust are recovered by bag filter through suction box. There is no dust flying in the system during production, thus improve the production rate.
