2.4 GHz Omni directional antennas are perfect for wide 360° coverage multi point applications.
These robust Omni directional antennas are designed for years of outdoor use.
The heavy-duty Wireless omnidirectional antennas are rugged and high performance.
These antennas feature a durable fiberglass all weather operation design and include a pole mounting bracket.
It is a very compact yet high performance omnidirectional WiFi antenna designed for the 2.4GHz ISM band.
It is ideally suited for multipoint and mobile applications where high gain and wide coverage is desired. Additional applications include IEEE 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11n wireless LANs, Bluetooth®, public wireless hotspot applications.
Rugged and Weatherproof
This antenna’s construction features a durable fiberglass radome for durability and aesthetics.
Its mounting system features a heavy-duty extruded aluminum bracket and stainless steel U-Bolt for superior strength.
Popular applications include: IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n, WiFi, WiMax, Bluetooth, WLAN’s, WISP, public “hot spots” and more!
How do I choose the correct WiFi antenna?
The two main types of antennas are Omni-directional and directional.
Omni-directional antennas radiate RF signal in a 360 degree pattern and directional antennas emit the RF signal in a focused beam similar to the headlight of a car.
If your application is a point to point WiFi link like from one building to another you would use a Directional antenna.
If you need to send the WiFi signal 360 degrees then you would use and Omni directional antenna.
If you have a point to multi point application, such as a campus environment then you would use a combination of Omni directional and Directional antennas.
