1.Brief introduction:

Vibrating screen produced by our company is particularly designed for separeting materials into various sizes for further processing in crusher and widely used in building materials,energy,chemistry,ect. Vibrating screen has long streamline and many specifications and is suitable for various screening application. Vibrating screen adopts eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block which helps to adjust amplitude.

3.Working Principle:

Motor through V-belt making exciter eccentric block to produce high-speed rotation. to stimulate screen box produces a certain amplitude of circular motion. Material on the tilt screen surface by the screen box to the impulse of continuous casting produce a continuous throwing motion. When the material falls screen surface, sieve particles smaller than through sieve to achieve classification.
