This product is reusable for about 3 years, it is very soft, and feels very cool. 

 

Usage:

 

Step1: Check the neck cooler, make sure it is not broken, and put it into water for 3-4 minutes.
Step2: Take the neck cooler out from water, tie the product around you neck, and the cooling feeling will go through your body.
Step3: If you feel the neck cooler is not cool enough, just reload step1/2.

 

 

Precaution:

 

Please dehydrate the neck cooler completely by hanging it in open air before washing it. Complete dehydration may take several days. Use only mild soap, hand washand rinse quickly. do not use harsh detergents or machine wash. store by hanging in open air until completely dry.
Do not store in a closed container or in plastic while damp as this will cause mildew.

Do not freeze or spill salt water, gasoline, dieselfuel or alcohol on your neck cooler, these will destroy the polymer and its effectiveness.
If skin becomes irritated, wash your skin with soap and water and stop using the neck cooler.
