How to use:

1: Pass metal ring portion of the strap under the railing of the O.R. table. " This side up " sticker should be facing the user/patient.

2: Thread the other end of the strap through the metal ring.

3: Secure strap tightly around bed rail. Repeat steps 1 through 3 for the other side of the table.

4:  Place straps directly over the patient and hook each strap to one another. Sticker labels with " This Side Up " should be facing up.
