To provide a wide range of choices for our customers, we offer different kinds of color/effect charts as follows: transparent K (without holes), transparent B (sew-on), acrylic buttons, Acrylic Mirror Accessory (R), opaque (F), opal (H), pearl (P), Hematite (C), AB coating (D), Spray (E), Matte (M), Spray Paint (Y) and Special (J). Packaging & Shipping

Packing

1. We use Japanese electronic scale and semi-automatic packing machine to achieve accurate packaging.

2. Product are packed in plastic bag. Quantity of each bag defers from the styles, shapes and sizes, usually 50-1000 pieces.

3. Customized label, bag, box and carton are accepted.

1) One piece, one bag.
For acrylic rhinestone with larger size, we pack them separately to prevent scratched surface.

2) 50-1000 pieces per bag.
SUNMEI acrylic rhinestone are packed thoroughly in plastic bag, 50-1000 pieces per bag.

3) Few bags per box.
To reduce the collision during delivery, we put goods in boxes.

4) Carton
12-24 boxes are packed in one standard carton. Cartons will be delivery to courier with a packing list.

Shipping

1. By sea/ air/ courier . (FOB Taiwan)

2. Courier includes DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS, EMS, SF, etc.

1. Payment via T/T , Western Union, PayPal or Escrow.

2. We require 100% payment in advance before delivery.

After we receive the order, PI will be sent for you to confirm.

5. Production
We will start the production after the PI is confirmed.

6. Make a payment
Payment can be made via T/T, Western Union, PayPal or Escrow.

7. Shipment
Good will be shipped after we received the payment.

Yes. Please send us the customized color. The MOQ is USD300 for each item and -10% to +10% clearance.

2. Can I order small quantity?

Yes. The MOQ is 1 bag for each item. Please place the order according to the package of each item.

3. Can you give me a discount?

Please advise the detail that you would like to order and then we will give you a discount according to the order amount.

4. I get my own company logo and do you accept custom and offer sketch to show?

Yes. Please advise your order quantity first and then we will evaluate if we can make it or not.

5. How can I get some samples?

6. How long is the lead time of the acrylic stones?

If the items you ordered are in stock, it will take 2-3 working day; if the items are out of stock, it will take 5-7 working days.
