A: The cover is washable, but the core is not washable.

Q: How long will the pillow last?

A: The pillow could last the average user anywhere from 5-8 years.

Q: Do the pillows get warm?

A: It depends on the cover fabric, if you want warm can use the plush velboa or velvet. If you want it cool, can use bamboo fiber fabric.

Q: Is there an odor to the pillow?

A: Like all memory foam there will be a slight odor to your pillow when you first pull it out of the package, simply allow a couple days for the pillow to air out or you can wash it to remove the odor.
