Foshan XInchuang Decorative Material Co.,ltd is a large manufacture, located in Nanhai, Foshan, China.  We mainly produce Cabinet door material and whole set kitchen cabient , wardrobe.

 

The cabinet door mateiral that produced by us are high gloss mdf boards, that are including: uv mdf, acrylic mdf, LCK, LCC, LCT, LCO, and the plywood based cabinet door boards: LCD, LCE. They are taken melamine mdf or melmaine plywood as the base material.  

 

The melamine mdf and melamine chipboard are produced by us for cabinet body.  

 

All of the above cabinet door and cabinet body material standared size is 1220x2440x18mm. Different thickness can be produced. The price range is from20 usd to 75 usd per sheets. Welcome to inquiry to get more details.

high gloss face melamine mdf

 

We produce the acrylic sheet and press the acrylic sheet on mdf board.

 

The face of acrylic sheet is smooth, without orange skin, no wave, high glossy.

The middle is MDF panel.  750 to 800 KGS/M3

Back side: melamine paper, pure white color

There is film on the face mdf acrylic mdf board.

PS:

1.  Please do the cleaning with the Dishwasher Detergent. Or the wax to clean the acrylic sheet surface. Furniture wax or car wax is allowed. After the surface clean and dry, Pls use the cloth to wipe up.

2.  Please DO NOT use the strong corrosive liquid like Tinner,Diluent Solvent , Gasoline, or Hydrochloric Acid to clean the acrylic sheet surface, that will result in surface crack or color change.
