Composed of main frame, main shaft, rising and shrinking uncoiler mandrel, uncoiling equipment, braking

Main Frame	A3 steel plate, mechanical processing of casting. Annealing treatment. No distortion. The 2 bearing support are bored at the same time, to ensure main shaft’s the concentricity. The main shaft will not swing up and down
Main Shaft	material: 40Gr round steel Processing procedure: first drill a straight hole through, and then quenching and tempering treatment, and at last precise lathing. Diameter of working face: 160mm Max loading weight: 5T
