2. Brief Introduction

A. Electric Steel Coil Decoiler for Roll Forming Machine is an auxiliary equipment for roll forming machine. It is installed before roll forming machine. It is used to support and the steel coil.

B.The difference between Electric Steel Coil Decoiler for Roll Forming Machine and manual decoiler:

For manual decoiler, it is pulled forward by the roll forming machine, so there is a delay somehow. When stopping, it will still go forward a little before fully stopping. So, you need 1 or 2 workers to start or stop the decoiler.

Electric Steel Coil Decoiler for Roll Forming Machine is powered by motor. There is a sensor. If the coil between decoiler and roll forming machine is tight, the sensor will let the decoiler go forward. If the coil between is loose, the sensor will let the decoiler stop. So it is more convenient and more stable.

3. Suggestions

We suggest our customers put 3 or 4 Electric Steel Coil Decoilers for Roll Forming Machine in front of the roll forming machine, to produce different materials. In this way, you can save the time and labor of changing coils. Normally the distance between uncoiler and main machine is 2 m, distance between each decoiler is 1 m.
