MOLD  PROCESSING

Henan Yuannaitong Technology Co., Ltd is consist of mold processing workshop, pipe production workshop, injection mold workshop, modified plastic production workshop and product development center these five core department. We employed national expertise engineers as chief designer, a large sum of excellent employees and professional talents. Our mould processing and testing equipments are from German Simens, Taiwan Xinhujiang these world advanced brand. We will keep designing, developing and producing good quality products to our customers.

At present, the company mainly produces the following moulds:

1. (1) Injection mould: PVC pipe fitting mould, PE, PP-R pipe tooling, expanding mould of PVC, PPSU pipe fitting mould body molds, plastic box, Toolbox, trash, fish box, dragCase;

   (2) Home products: chair, stools, plastic tables, toilet, washbasin;

   (3) Electric cars and plastic rod with lid auto accessories: bumper, instrument panel, headlights, interior parts, blades, Automotive plastic parts such as air conditioning.

2. Stamping mould: do all kinds of stamping mould, metal mold.

3. Extrusion mould: PP-R, PE, PVC drainage, water molds.

4. Die casting molds: a variety of Diecasting die for the die-casting die for aluminum alloy, copper alloy.
